Finally a weekend trip out onto the Plateaux. Saturday took me, Fulbert and Noline out to Dzogo where I was finally able to hang the exterior doors on my 'chalet' there (having, of course, first made them out of wooden planks!). In the afternoon there was even time for a walk out to Evelyn and Noline's cassava field to gather leaves to be cooked for the next meal - scrummy, yummy (I mean it!) In the evening we held a service in the small church annexe.
On Sunday morning we headed off across the Plateaux to the neigbouring village of Yia (25km/1 hour's drive) where we also held a service with the few believers there. It was good to be able to get out to encourage these small groups.
